A large plate from Fujimaki Kiln, Arita ware. Fujimaki is one of the kilns most closely associated with seihakuji, the translucent bluish-white glaze. Passed down through generations, their technique creates a clarity that feels refreshing and never tires the eye.
The soft seihakuji glaze spreads gently across the surface, with a subtle beaded ring motif floating in the well. Its cool color tone and refined form make it versatile for many kinds of dishes.
