Returns and Refunds

Each item is carefully inspected and packed with care before shipment.

Vintage items
All vintage items are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind.
They are sold as is, and slight variations, patina, or small imperfections are part of their character.
Please review the photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for vintage items, except in cases of damage during shipping or an error on our part.

New items
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your new item, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged or if we have made an error,
we will cover the return shipping cost and issue either a replacement or a refund.

Damaged or defective items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item.
Once we review your case, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
