PRODUCTS (INCLUDING VINTAGE ITEMS)
HINIHINI offers vintage, pre-owned, handmade, and one-of-a-kind items that naturally include signs of age and wear.
1. Normal Wear and Vintage Characteristics
Vintage items may include natural imperfections such as:
• Minor scratches, scuffs, or tiny cracks
• Glaze variation, crazing, uneven coloration
• Light discoloration or patina
• Slight warping or surface irregularities
• Minor wear to painted or gilded areas
These features are inherent to vintage goods and do not constitute defects.
2. Product Images and Descriptions
• Colors and textures may differ slightly due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
• Measurements are approximate and may vary by a few millimeters.
3. One-of-a-Kind Items
Because many products are unique and available in single quantity, your order may be canceled and refunded if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.
ORDERS
1. Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. A purchase contract is formed only when HINIHINI accepts the order.
2. Cancellation requests may not be possible once order processing has begun.
3. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
PRICES & PAYMENT
1. Prices, shipping fees, and promotions may change without notice.
2. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
3. You agree that the payment information you provide is valid and legally authorized for use.
SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
1. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
2. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
3. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
4. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.
FRAGILE MATERIALS
Some products contain fragile materials such as ceramics and glass.
• Damage occurring after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement.
• Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after receipt.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, photos, designs, and other content displayed on the Services are the property of HINIHINI or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
FEEDBACK
Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted to us may be used, edited, or published by HINIHINI without compensation.

3. Claims related to the vintage nature or normal wear of products are not eligible for return or refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HINIHINI’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
