A cup and saucer made at Shōkeian Kiln by Keien Kaneta, a potter of the Hagi tradition. The piece is finished in white Hagi glaze, created from feldspar and wood ash, giving the surface a soft tone with fine natural crackles. Over time, the glaze develops gentle changes in color and depth, a hallmark of Hagi ware.
