A set of five hand-painted cups from Ten Kiln. The soft white glaze is decorated in cobalt blue with different motifs—stripes, checks, floral and abstract patterns—showing the individuality of handwork while sharing a common warmth.
The tall foot and rounded form give them a rustic yet balanced presence, typical of mingei-style tableware. Though each pattern varies, the harmony of the set makes them especially charming.
